How to create my user account in payment gateway system? Registration.

Answer

To create a user account in our payment gateway system and start processing the payments, please follow steps described bellow:

  1. Ask one of our agents for an access to Home page (you will be provided with a link). 
  2. Open the link of Virtual POS payment gateway and click on “Register”.
  3. Fill in your information: passport and e-mail
  4. Click on "Register"
  5. Check your e-mail box and look for an automatic email “E-mail confirmation”. If for any reason, you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
  6. Open the e-mail and click on "Confirm e-mail" button.
  7. After confirming your e-mail address, check your e-mail and look for an automatic email “E-mail has been confirmed”. This e-mail is very important, as it contains your temporary password and the URL to access the registration form.
  8. In this e-mail click on the "Complete registration" button or if you have problems clicking on the "Confirm e-mail" button, copy and paste the URL located at the bottom of the e-mail into your browser.
  9. To create a user account correctly you have to fill in all the fields of the registration form (Personal data, Business data, Company structure, if you request POS as a company and not as a freelance, Commercial activity information, Bank details). If for some reason you have to close the form window and fill it again at another time use the link we sent you by email in step 6.
  10. Once you have filled out the form and accepted the Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you agree with our Compliance department to review all data provided by you. While our Compliance department team works hard verifying your information, you can enjoy the Light version of our payment gateway using the Login link provided to you by one of our agents at the beginning of the process and enter the access data sent to you in step 6.
  11. Once our Compliance department confirms that all the information filled out is in accordance with the company's policy, you will receive an email “Your account has been confirmed” with a direct link to start the session.

Congratulations! Your account has been created and you can access your dashboard using the data sent by email in step 6.
